Our Background
BCG Investment Group was founded in 2021 to build exposure for our family office capital partners to
industrial real estate through targeted single-asset acquisitions. We have a long-term investment horizon
and seek to deliver a superior risk-adjusted return through a combination of moderate current income, tax-
efficient structures, and asset appreciation. Our goal is to develop a portfolio of irreplaceable assets to
serve as the cornerstone to our capital partners’ investment portfolios.
Casey Gillespie Founder & Principal
Mr. Gillespie is the Founder and Principal of BCG Investment Group. Previously, Casey was Vice
President at Stonemont Financial Group, tasked with acquisitions and underwriting for the company’s
outdoor storage venture, where he was critical in their deployment of $750M into the asset class.
Previously, Casey held business development and investment analytical roles at Easterly Capital and
Easterly Government Properties.
John Gillespie Partner
Mr. Gillespie is a Partner of BCG Investment Group. John is a seasoned investment professional and is
the Founder and Managing Member of Prospector Partners, a public equities investment firm, and
Chairman of Prospector Funds, Inc. Mr. Gillespie has held directorship roles on several private and public
company boards and non-profit organizations. Notable positions include Deputy Chairman of White
Mountains Insurance Group and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Bates College.
Pete Perugini Partner
Mr. Perugini is a Partner of BCG Investment Group. Pete is a seasoned operations professional
who has held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Prospector Partners, a public equities
investment firm for over 20 years. Previously Pete worked as an auditor at PwC LLP.
